Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to cr@hni.ae. Written acknowledgment will be made to confirm cancellation.

• No charge for cancellations received more than 30 days before the programme.


• 50% of the programme fee will be charged for cancellations received 15-29 days prior to the start of the programme.


• 100% of the programme fee will be charged for cancellations received 14 or less days prior to the start of the programme.


• If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, no refund will be given, but a company or organisation may send a substitute.
